- Shipping on ALL orders within Trinidad and Tobago is provided for a flat rate of TT$20.00. Deliveries are done via TTPOST. If you would like to receive your order by a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request via expedited shipping. Currently we ship to Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, Dominica, St. Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Orders shipped via TTPOST takes approximately 1-2 days for delivery.

- Returns & Replacements
- Exchanges and returns can be completed if the item is UNWORN, UNALTERED, and UNWASHED with ALL tags attached. Sale priced items are processed as final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. We strongly advise that the customer fully inspect their order before removing any tags or discarding any original packaging. To ensure the quality of our items, shopcandygirls.com cannot accept returns of items which do not have all original tags attached. Exchanges must be done within 7 days. Customers will not receive credit (either in full refund or in store credit) to their account if items are returned with any original tags missing. We do not issue cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit only. For In store purchase exchanges, the original receipt issued must be presented during the exchange within 7 days from the purchase date.
- We accept Bank Deposits and Paypal payment options. Upon checkout, please specify which option you prefer. Banking information will be provided upon order confirmation. Orders placed with the Bank Deposit payment option are held for one (1) working day. If payment is not made within the time specified, the order would be cancelled.
- SALES : All sales of cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, lingerie, swimwear and items marked as "SALE" and "CLEARANCE" are final.
Items bought at discounted prices are considered FINAL sale.
- FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
